350g chicken breast
200g baby potatoes
20g butter
75g carrot
75g green peas
Cut the chicken into strips shape.
Steam the shredded chicken first and set aside.
Steam the baby potatoes, then add the carrots and for the last 5minutes add the green pea’s and steam together.
Heat a frying pan and add the butter and allow it to melt.
Shredded chicken on a warmed plate with the side vegetable drizzled with the melted butter.
