Ingredients
(Makes: 1 large deep flan ring):

4 lemons
350ml cream
9 eggs
350g sugar

Lemon tart


Method

Zest and juice lemons.                   

Mix with sugar and eggs, add cream.                   

Strain and pour into blind baked pastry case.                   

Bake at 150 to 160c for 30 mins approx.               

 

To serve

Glaze with brown sugar.
